Twin Lakes Police have released the name of the victim and the suspect in a fatal shooting in the village Monday morning. Identified as the victim was Amber K. Montana, 37. Just after 9 am, Twin Lakes responded the report of a woman shot in the 1600 block of Wilmot Avenue. After staging, Twin transported the patient to Froedtert South.
