The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Kenosha County.
The warning is set to to be in effect until 8:30 p.m.
From the warning text: ” At 741 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Spring Grove, or near Fox Lake, moving northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.”
A tornado watch remains in effect until 11 p.m.
