Voters in Salem Lakes will have a contested election for village trustee on the April 7 ballot.
Six candidates filed candidacy papers by Tuesday’s deadline. They are:
- Steven Dunn Jr.
- Dennis Faber, an incumbent
- Adam Miller
- Amanda Procknow
- Kerry Verenski
- James Woodke
Three, at-large seats will be filled.
Two other incumbents, Bill Hopkins and Ron Gandt, did not run for re-election.
