At about 7:55 a.m., Paris Fire and Rescue units and sheriff’s deputies are responding to the 15500 block of Highway 142.for a report of a down power line.
UPDATE 8 a.m. — Deputy on scene reports down wire is not arcing or sparking.
UPDATE 8:21a.m. — Fire units clearing the scene. Deputies remaining on scene blocking traffic. Utility crew responding.
