Wind advisory issued

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for an area of Wisconsin that includes Kenosha County. The advisory is set to be in effect from 12 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday. Welcome home for KCSD K9 Riggs

Sunday afternoon, Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department K9 Riggs was released from the vet in Buffalo Grove and returned home. He had been shot in an incident on 10-21.
