At about 7:26 a.m., local fire departments are responding for change of quarters to staff Kenosha Fire Department stations due to a fire in the city of Kenosha.
The structure fire is in the 6000 block of 18th Ave.
Requested to respond are:
- Salem Lakes Fire/Rescue with an ambulance.
- Bristol Fire and Rescue with a squad and a chief.
Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue, Somers Fire and Rescue and Zion Fire Department are also responding.
UPDATE 7:39 a.m. — Box struck by KFD command. All responding units cleared to return to quarters.
