At about 8:12 p.m., Twin Lakes Fire and Rescue units and a Twin Lakes Police officer are responding to a report of a crash in the 1500 block of Richmond Road in Twin Lakes.
Per dispatch: This is a four-wheeler crash, which reportedly involves a child.
