The annual special needs Halloween event started by Nadia Rodriguez will take place this year on Tuesday, Oct. 29.
The event will be held at a new location this year, the Hilton Doubletree Hotel, 11800 108th Street, Pleasant Prairie. The vent will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
This event provides a safe and handicapped accessible environment for all special needs children. The event is absolutely free. There will be games, food, fire truck tours, face painting and more.
