The river exceeded flood stage early Monday morning, measuring at 11.02 at 2:45 a.m. Flood stage is 11 feet. At 5 a.m., the river was at 11.09 feet.
A National Weather Service flood warning continues.
The latest forecast for the river calls for a crest of 12 feet reached on Tuesday evening.
