People who believe in the Community Library warmed up their Saturday morning with a brisk run and/or walk at the Friends of the Library Halloween Hustle.
The fun run/walk was held at Kenosha County’s KD Park. It was a fundraiser for Friends of the Community Library.
This year’s event had a slightly altered route, lingering water from recent wet weather was blocking one of the trails. But run organizers worked out an alternate route.
Runners were able to have a water and indulge in fruit or a granola bar. There also was a coloring sheet for youngsters.
This was the third year for the event.
