At about 8:10 p.m., We Energies is reporting a power outage affecting part of Paddock Lake.
Not affected is Central High School, where the homecoming football game is being played (I drove by to check).
We Energies says 99 customers are affected. My observations suggest the outage is affecting the neighborhood west of 248th Avenue from about 67th Street to about 71st Street.
A crew has been assigned and is on the way, We says. Cause is not yet determined at the point.
UPDATE 9:32 p.m. — Crew on scene. Outage being attributed to equipment. Restoration time being reassessed.
