Fall is here and the Twin Lakes Area Chamber & Business Association would like to invite you to its Second Annual Oktoberfest, Oct. 12 at 5 p.m. at the Twin Lakes County Club Pavilion. See what the buzz is all about.

This year’s theme will be a true Oktoberfest. Dust off your dirndls and lederhosen.

A $50 raffle ticket will be your admission and you will have a chance to win up to $1,500. Joe Nowicki and DJ Keith have the oompah and polkas ready. “Taste of the Lakes” food from local restaurants is included in the
ticket price. A cash bar will be available. Admission for Kids 6-12 years – $10.

The chamber wants you to just have fun. Test your skills at the Harnmerschlagen contest and your arm strength at the
Masskrugstemrnem contest. Don’t forget the costume contest! Warm up your voice for the Yodeling Contest! Participate in one contest, no contest or all contests, it’s up to you.

Raffles and silent auctions for great prizes will be held throughout the evening. Get your friends, neighbors or relatives together and save the date.

Contact the Chamber for tickets, to donate to the raffle or be a business sponsor. The proceeds will benefit the chamber, so it can continue to serve community and business. A donation will be made to American Legion Post 544.
