State to host meeting on Highway 50 reconstruction

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is hosting a public involvement meeting to discuss the future roadway reconstruction of Highway 50 (75th Street) from 256th Avenue (Highway 83/75) to 236th Avenue, in Paddock Lake.

The meeting will take place on Thursday, Sept. 26 from 5-7 p.m. at Central High School, Multi-Purpose Room, 24617 75th St., Paddock Lake.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend the meeting to review project exhibits, ask questions, and provide comments that may assist WisDOT during the project’s design.

The meeting will have a PowerPoint presentation from 5:30 to 6 p.m. WisDOT staff will also be available to discuss the project on an individual basis and answer any questions prior to and after the presentation.

The meeting facility is wheelchair accessible. Deaf or hard of hearing persons needing assistance may contact Brian Pluemer via the Wisconsin Telecommunications Relay system (dialing 711). To allow for arranging assistance, please call no later than three working days prior to the meeting.
