Units on scene of fire in Trevor

At about 8:35 a.m., Salem Lakes Fire/Rescue and units from other departments and sheriff’s deputies are on the scene of a structure fire in the 9600 block of 270th Avenue in Trevor.

Kenosha County Scanner Facebook page reports the call was dispatched about 8 a.m. and a working still alarm activated:

UPDATE 8:57 a.m. — Salem Lakes command upgrades alarm to box alarm. Due to respond to the scene are: Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue and Antioch Fire Department with an engine, Town of Wheatland Fire Department and Randall Fire Department with tenders (water tankers), Bristol Fire and Rescue with a truck, Union Grove Fire Department with a squad, Burlington Rescue with an ambulance and Bristol and Pleasant Prairie with chiefs. Responding for change of quarters to man Salem Lakes stations are Newport Fire Department, Somers Fire and Rescue, Antioch Fire Department and Kansasville Fire Department.

UPDATE about 9:35 a.m. — Salem Lakes command upgrades box alarm. Due to respond are: Somers and Twin Lakes Fire Department with engines, Somers and Newport with tenders, Paris Fire and Rescue and Somers with chiefs. Fox Lake Fire Department is responding for a change of quarters.
