The county has made the following announcement regarding work that will close 144th Avenue in Paris:
A culvert replacement will close 144th Avenue in the Town of Paris on Thursday, July 25. The closure will affect the entire stretch of road, between Highway KR (First Street) and Highway A (Seventh Street). This work by the Kenosha County Division of Highways will be conducted weather permitting and is subject to change. Drivers are encouraged to use the Interstate 94 West Frontage Road as an alternate route.
