Units responding to fire in Lake George

At about 11:17 a.m., Bristol Fire and Rescue, Salem Lakes Fire/Rescue, Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue and Newport Fire Department units are responding to a report of a fire in the 19200 block of 101st Street in the Lake George area of Bristol.

Per dispatch: Caller on the scene reports flames visible from exterior.

UPDATE 11:22 a.m. — Dispatch says report from scene is this is a working structure fire, medium size.

UPDATE 11:24 a.m. — Salem Fire/Rescue requested to respond with an ambulance.

UPDATE 11:30 a.m. — Box alarm activated. Departments responding are: Twin Lakes Fire Department and Kenosha Fire Department with engines, Town of Wheatland Fire Department, Randall Fire Department and Somers Fire and Rescue with tenders (water tankers), Fox Lake Fire Department with a squad and Somers Fire and Rescue, Paris Fire and Rescue, Newport Fire Department and Kenosha Fire Department with chiefs. Racine Fire Belles also responding.

UPDATE 11:51 a.m. — Kenosha County Fire Investigation Task Force members requested to respond to the scene.

UPDATE 12:29 p.m. — Some units being cleared from the scene.

UPDATE 12:31 p.m. — Box alarm struck by Bristol command.

UPDATE 1:39 p.m. — Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department issues press release that says fire is out. Cause is unknown, but under investigation.
