At about 1:02 p.m., Salem Lakes Fire/Rescue units and a sheriff’s deputy are responding to the 6700 bock of 238th Avenue in Paddock Lake for a report of a sparking wire.
UPDATE 1:11 p.m. — Fire unit on the scene returning to quarters. No immediate problem detected. Dispatch reports electric utility crew responding to take a look.
