At about 3:40 p.m., Twin Lakes Fire and Rescue, Randall Fire Department, Town of Wheatland Fire Department and Richmond Fire Department units and Twin Lakes Police officers are responding to a report of a fir ein the 1100 block of Cypress Point in Twin Lakes.
Per dispatch: This is a fire in an attached garage.
UPDATE 3:42 p.m. — Police officer reports to dispatch that he can see smoke from downtown.
UPDATE 3:43 p.m. — Police officer on the scene reports house has been evacuated.
UPDATE 3:46 p.m. — Traffic being shut down on Torrey Pines Drive at Cypress Point.
UPDATE 4:09 p.m. — Response requested by incident command from Kenosha County Investigative Task Force.
UPDATE 4:35 p.m. — Gas utility crew arriving on scene.
