Yes, as I type that headline I am aware that it is late April. Nevertheless, the latest, local National Weather Service forecast is calling for snow in our area Saturday.
The forecast is a little vague as to how much. Rain could change over to snow in the afternoon Saturday, with accumulation of up to 1 inch. “Moderate snow accumulation” is expected Saturday night.
High temperatures are expected to recover somewhat next week with highs in the 50s Monday and Tuesday and maybe 60s by Wednesday.
