Wheatland town Clerk Sheila Siegler made the following announcement via email about the Wheatland garbage transfer station in New Munster:
The Transfer Station is closed on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2019 due to extreme cold temperature. Next open day is Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019.
