At about 5:43 p.m., Bristol Fire and Rescue units and a sheriff’s deputy are responding to a report of a blown transformer in about the 19200 block of Highway C in Bristol.
UPDATE 5:55 p.m. — Traffic approaching the scene on Highway C being blocked by deputy and fire personnel.
