Units responding for crash in Wheatland

At about 8:58 p.m., Town of Wheatland Fire Department units and sheriff’s deputies are responding for a report of a crash at 77th Street and 314th Avenue in Wheatland.

Per dispatch: Caller says they are in a vehicle surrounded by water, but they do not believe they are in a pond of lake. Water is waist high. Location is near Fox River, which is over flood stage.

UPDATE 9:02 p.m. — Randall Fire Department dispatched to respond with a Zodiac boat.
