Two events next week will benefit The Sharing Center in Trevor:
- The 11th Annual Speak Easy Wine Tasting and Fundraiser will take place on Friday, Sept. 14, from 9:15 – 11:30 p.m. The event is billed as a fun evening of wine, beer, raffles and raising funds for The Sharing Center. It will take place at Antioch Fine Wine & Liquors, 1180 Main St., Antioch. Call 847-395-3540 if you want to attend. Attendees are encouraged to dress up in Speak Easy style. There will be prizes for the Best Costumes.
- A Marvelous Night for a Moondance will take place Saturday, Sept. 15 at 6:30-9:30 p.m. An evening filled with celebration and community, this event will feature renown jazz and soul fusion artist Urban Soul with an intimate, private performance at a beautiful home in Silver Lake (842 Elizabeth Lane, Silver Lake). There will be a bounty of delicious, gourmet food and beverages and high-end raffles, all to raise funds for the Sharing Center, Western Kenosha County’s resource and crisis provider. $75.00/ticket or $125.00/two tickets are available here; purchase in advance.
