The National Weather Service has issued a second severe thunderstorm warning for Kenosha County at about 4:20 p.m., according to the Kenosha County Emergency Service Warning Center.
This warning is to be in effect until 4:45 p.m.
Radar has indicated winds of up to 60 mph with this storm, which was over Lake Geneva at about 4:23 p.m.
UPDATE 4:31 p.m. — Kenosha County Emergency Service Warning Center says NWS has extended the warning until 5:15 p.m. (scroll down for warning text) Storm was measured as moving east at 30 mph as it passed over Paddock Lake. Heavy rain just started falling again in Paddock Lake.
UPDATE 4:22 p.m. — Warning has been allowed to expire.
