Kenosha County 4-H is hosting a spaghetti dinner to benefit the Herda family, whose farm was damaged by fire on May 1.
One barn was completely destroyed and another barn damaged in the fire. None of the livestock or family was injured.
The spaghetti dinner will take place from 4 to 8:30 p.m., June 8, at Central High School. Cost is: $10 Adults, $6 Kids 4-10, Kids 3 and under free. The meal includes spaghetti, meatballs, bread, drink and dessert.
All proceeds raised during this spaghetti dinner will go directly to the Herda family to help offset repair cost.
We are among the many in our area who can call the Herda Family our friends. We hope that everyone will contribute anything they can to help restore the family farm.
