At about 3:28 p.m., Twin Lakes Rescue units, other fire department units and sheriff’s deputies are responding to Powers Lake for a report of a possible water emergency.
Per dispatch: Notification has been received from an in car system of an impact alarm mapping a vehicle as in Powers Lake in the area of 405th Avenue and 91st Street.
UPDATE 3:43 p.m. — Per dispatch: Units on the scene have not located anything yet. Responding dive team members staging at Randall Fire Station.
UPDATE 3:56 p.m. — Per dispatch: Person who was driving car is on Powers Lake in a boat. Car is parked on shore. Person returning to boat launch to meet with deputy. Car confirmed to be parked at boat launch.
