The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for the Fox River in Kenosha County.
The watch will be in effect until further notice.
The river’s level was at 10.44 feet as of 7 a.m., Wednesday. Flood stage of 11 feet may be reached as early as Monday afternoon, the watch text says.
The current forecast for the river calls for a crest of 11.6 feet coming at about 7 p.m., Tuesday.
The river is forecast to be back under 11 feet by Thursday evening.
More rain is expected Monday and Monday night.
