The nice, warmer days we have had this week are coming to an end for a while Friday and Saturday.
High temperatures for both of those days will be in the 40s, says the latest, local National Weather Service forecast.
And it should be wet. There’s an 50 percent chance of rain Thursday night, an 80 percent chance Friday, a 70 percent chance Friday night, a 50 percent chance Saturday and a 70 percent chance of rain Saturday night. The amount of rain has prompted a hydrologic outlook from the NWS, though flooding for the Fox River is not being forecast.
Temperatures should recover into the 60s Sunday and 70s by Monday.
