It may be sunny when you read this, as it is when I write this, but the latest, local National Weather Service forecast for Western Kenosha County is calling for rain Friday afternoon.
Rain could start as early as 1 p.m. and last as long as midnight, but is most likely between 4 and 6 p.m. There’s a chance of the rain being accompanied by thunder during the peak hours.
That’s it for rain in the forecast until Tuesday night. Friday’s high is expected to reach 56 and Friday night’s low 32.
Looking a bit ahead, we appear to be in for a noticeable increase in high temperatures
Monday’s high could reach 73, Tuesday’s 78 and Wednesday 70. Plan accordingly.
