The changing slick and wet weather has prompted some closings Wednesday afternoon and evening.
Among those announcing closings that we are aware of are:
- Central High School — All after school activities have been cancelled for this evening due to the current road conditions. This includes all sports and drama practices.
- Wilmot Union High School — Due to weather, all after school activities are cancelled. This includes athletics, the late bus, and community outreach. The Fitness Center will be closed. The offices will also be closing early.
- Salem School — All after school activities have been canceled for today due to weather conditions. This includes Salem Track practice.
- Lakewood School — Due to the weather, all after school activities have been canceled: play practice, cafe, track, battle of the books, etc.
- Riverview School — Due to the wintry, unspring-like weather coming in this afternoon and evening we will be canceling all after school and evening activities for Wednesday.
