Early results are coming in for the contested race for District 22 county supervisor:
At 8:26 p.m., results from 5 of 5 polls which may not be complete show:
- Incumbent Erin Decker 754 (57%).
- Bruce Nopenz 564 (42%).
The 22nd District includes parts of Brighton, Wheatland, Randall, and Salem Lakes, including all of Silver Lake.
42% are dissatisfied with Erin Decker and felt Bruce Nopenz would do a better job … Erin Decker may have won but 42% speaks volumes. Erin Decker you should take that as a hint that 42% wanted you out and 42% felt a new comer Nopenz would better represent them than an incumbent. Erin Decker will only represent a party not the people. Though there is not anything wrong with that political party. Erin Decker should worry about representing her whole district and what is best for the people. Nopenz will run again and once more people hear what he stands for Decker will be out. People must have forgotten about all of her phony nonsense, and her theatrics. People must have forgotten how she goes for photo opts pretending to be physically working and helping when once the camera was done she put down the shovel along with her bestie ….
