At 8:22 p.m., with four of four pools reporting what may be incomplete results:
- Mark Nordigian 251 (56%).
- Norm Kazumura 197 (44%).
Incumbent Kim Breunig did not stand for re-election
The 21st District includes parts of Twin Lakes, Randall and Salem Lakes.
