The Central High School boys basketball team has advanced to the Division 1-Sectional #3 championship game with a victory Thursday over Elkhorn in Burlington.
The Falcons were behind 14-25 at halftime, but rallied after the break to a 46-41 final score.
Central will next face the winner of the Monona Grove-Stoughton game in the sectional championship game at Oregon High School Saturday at 1 p.m.
UPDATE 8:32 p.m. — Central’s opponent will be Monona Grove, which defeated Stoughton 58-47.
