Units responding for crash in Bristol

At about 5:59 p.m., Bristol Fire and Rescue units and sheriff’s deputies are responding to a report of a crash at Highway 50 and Highway D in Bristol.

UPDATE 6:01 p.m. — Deputy on scene reporting one person injured.

UPDATE 6:04 p.m. — Additional ambulance from Salem Lakes Fire/Rescue dispatched to the scene. Deputies to divert westbound traffic on Highway 50.

UPDATE 6:08 p.m. — Engine dispatched from Bristol Fire and Rescue to set up landing zone for Flight for Life medical transport helicopter. Flight estimated time of arrival is 27 minutes.

UPDATE 6:14 p.m. — Flight for Life response cancelled by Bristol FD command.

UPDATE about 6:30 p.m. — Two patients transported by separate ambulances to local hospitals.
