Snow to cap off weekend

The latest, local National Weather Service forecast says we should count on some snow to finish off our weekend in Western Kenosha County.

When the snowfall ends Monday we may have almost three inches on the ground.

Snow should start falling about 6 p.m., Sunday and continue through Monday evening. One to 2 inches could fall Sunday night with perhaps another inch Monday. The snow should be done by noon.

It will be some cold shoveling with a low temp of 15 Sunday night and a high of 21 Monday.

For commuters heading south or north Monday, the Lake County forecast and Milwaukee forecast is similar.
