The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory for an area of Wisconsin that includes Kenosha County.
The advisory is in effect until 10 a.m., Thursday.
Wind chill as low as -20 are expected during this period.
While wind chill is expected to improve during the day Thursday, they may worsen again Thursday night, the current advisory says.
