Units responding for crash in Bristol

At about 4:25 p.m., Bristol Fire and Rescue and sheriff’s deputies are responding to a report of a crash in the 13300 block of 128th Street State Line Road) in Bristol.

UPDATE 4:27 p.m. — Bristol command requests Newport Fire Department also respond as mutual aid.

UPDATE 4:31 p.m. — Dispatch reports to responding units that one vehicle is involved. Vehicle is rolled over on to its side, but single occupant has been able to get out.

UPDATE 4:34 p.m. — Response from Flight for Life medical transport helicopter requested. Fire unit reports they are working to free person from vehicle.

UPDATE 4:48 p.m. — Dispatch reports helicopter is in the air and expected to reach the landing zone in 10 minutes.

UPDATE 4:50 p.m. — Occupant freed from vehicle.
