Suspect found in Wilmot UHS bathroom threat

A teenager has confessed to writing the message on a Wilmot Union High School bathroom wall about shooting up the school that spurred an investigation by school administration and the Sheriff’s Department.

From a news release from KCSD:

The investigation by the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department had identified the subject who wrote the threatening message on the bathroom wall. This original incident was reported 12-04-17. The KSD Deputy assigned as the Wilmot School Resource Officer viewed hundreds of hours of school video before questioning a 16 year-old male student who confessed to the crime. This investigation was a cooperative and thorough effort of the School Resource Officer and School Officials. The case on the juvenile suspect is being referred to the Kenosha District Attorney’s Office and Kenosha County Juvenile Intake for review.
