Windy weather to continue Wednesday

It won’t necessarily be twist the gutters on your house and blow over the plastic Christmas decorations even though you weighted them down with chunks of concrete windy, but you will still notice a strong breeze Wednesday.

On Tuesday, gusts of 45 mph were recorded in Twin Lakes and 58 mph at Kenosha Airport, says the National Weather Service.

Wednesday’s wind won’t be as remarkable, but still noticeable. Wind will be in the 10 to 20 mph range with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Wedensday’s high is expected to still top 30 degress (32 to be exact). Wednesday’s low will dip to 17.

Wind as part of the forecast should begin to taper off Thursday. There’s a 50 percent chance of snow Friday night. No word on accumulation yet.
