At about 4:59 p.m., Twin Lakes Fire and Rescue and Randall Fire Department units and Twin Lakes Police offices are responding to a report of a crash in the 1800 block of Richmond Road in Twin Lakes.
Per dispatch: Single vehicle crash.
UPDATE 5:01 p.m. — Twin Lakes command chief says Randall units can respond non emergency.
