At about 3:34 p.m., a sheriff’s deputy is responding to a report of a jack-knifed semi tractor trailer in the 25800 block of Highway JF in Rock Lake.
UPDATE 4:02 p.m. — Truck is blocking traffic, a person who drove by reports.
