The identity of a man who died in a crash Saturday in Paris has been released by the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department.
Deon Franklin, 26, of Kenosha was dead at the scene.
Franklin was the sole occupant of a vehicle that was found in the 18500 block of Highway 142 in a roadside ditch near the Des Plaines River.
