Work on Highway MB in Bristol will begin this week and last through mid-Septmeber.
From a news release from the county:
A repaving project on Kenosha County Highway MB (160th Avenue) in the Village of Bristol will begin this week. Highway MB will be resurfaced from Highway 50 (75th Street) to just north of the roundabout at Highway C (93rd Street). The road will remain open to traffic throughout the project, though one lane will be closed and traffic will be flagged. Clement Abongwa, director of the Kenosha County Division of Highways, urges drivers to use caution, drive carefully and to expect delays in the construction area. Preparation work began Monday and will continue Tuesday. Paving is expected to begin Wednesday and to continue for roughly two weeks. Project completion is expected in mid-September.
So I guess an alternative route would be 45? LOL! Makes sense to do this project now.
