Girl Scouts Silver Award Project collection on Aug. 27 to benefit Marleighs Ministry

Girl Scouts Katelyn Hannah and Isabella Cook are conducting a Girl Scout Silver Award Project to benefit Marleighs Ministry on Sunday, Aug. 27 from 1 to 4 p.m. at OakVue Farm 14700 104th St., Bristol.

These Scouts are hosting a bake sale and donation drop off event at this location. They will be collecting new packages of preemie diapers, wipes, baby
blankets, swaddlers, hand sanitizer, travel size journals, onesies, preemie hats, bibles, water bottles, gum, Chap stick, travel size tissues, and travel size lotion. These items will be put into care packages for preemie families.

Cash donations also will be accepted.

  1. So proud of these young ladies and the hard work that they are doing! 15 million babies are born too soon every year. 1 million of those babies will die. Thank you Katelyn and Isabella for helping serve Preemie families💜
