With support from local donors, Sharing Center, Inc. in Western Kenosha County kicks off the back-to-school season with their annual school supply drive and giveaway. Each year the Center strives to give each child a backpack and the supplies they need for academic success. Now through Sept. 15, those members of our community who fall below 185% of the poverty line can receive school supplies for children attending area schools. This means, if you qualify for free or reduced lunch at school, you probably qualify for assistance from us. Stop in Monday 12-2pm, Wednesday 2-4pm, or Friday 9-11am to sign up.Please bring ID, address, and income information for each person in the household. We are currently accepting donations of school supplies.
