Flooding is widespread  from the deluge of rain experienced overnight into this morning in Western Kenosha County. Deputies continue to respond to multiple reports of more locations where roads are washed over with water or impassable.

    Thanks for the heads up on 67th Street closure. I did turn around after trying to go another way. Canceled my doctor appointment and working from home.

    1. You’re welcome. Us folks in northwest Paddock Lake were really hemmed in with our limited routes out of town blocked!

    Rumor has it HWY-O is closed in Wheatland due to a wash out/sinkhole. Any reports of this?

    As of 6 am this morning, yes, deputies were going to check it out. Not sure if it is opened yet or not.
