At 4:09 a.m., the National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for Kenosha County.
Three inches of rain have fallen already with the storm passing through and more is expected, the warning says. Consequently, “Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.”
The warning will be in effect until 7:15 a.m.
