Ruby Loecher and Logan Piktel were named the 2017 Bristol Junior Outstanding Citizens at Friday’s Progress Days Banquet.
The naming of a junior outstanding citizen girl and a junior outstanding citizen boy is an annual part of the first day of the three-day Progress Days comminity festival.
Loecher was recognized for her involvement in Bristol School band and advanced jazz band, Bristol Challenge 4-H Club, Randall Optimist Clib, Salem Girl Scouts, Job’s Daughters and Messiah Lutheran Confirmation Class.
Piktel was recognized for his involvement in Bristol School band and advanced jazz band, softball, basketball and Drama Club. He is on the honor roll and has gone on the honor roll trip.
