American Legion Post 544 hosted a Memorial Day parade and ceremony on Monday in Twin Lakes.
The parade, which stepped off at 11 a.m., featured veterans, school bands, Scouting groups, police and sheriff’s department vehicles, entries from other organizations and concluded with a lineup of fire department equipment.
After the parade, a ceremony honoring members of the military who made the ultimate sacrifice was held at the post in Legion Park.
