What happened this week (week of May 15) — US 45 and County A2/WG Intersection: Common excavation continued, electrical facilities were staked out for signals, loop detectors and conduit were stalled for signals, curb and gutter slipped and high early strength base patches were poured. Sawing for base patches began on US 45 from County A2/WG to the north. Utilities continued relocations.
What’s expected for next week (week of May 22) — US 45 and County A2/WG Intersection: Binder and surface layers will be laid down, scheduled to reopen Wednesday. Marsh excavation will be performed at the southeast corner of US 45 and County CJ. Sawing for base patches will continue on US 45 from County A2/WG to the north. Utilities will continue relocations.
